WOYWW 891 And we fly away

A very quick post as we fly away, to our goddaughter’s birthday party. 



The latest owl, a sewing kit for a friend, is complete and going with us. 
Bella sends purrs, but doesn’t like packing happening around her. Still, she likes cars (horrid tin boxes) even less, so will be spoiled by her aunty Liz.

    Super duper owl "sew" cute. Oh my life that is the EXACT same Swiss Army Knife I have - my Dad bought it for me when I was about 12yrs so really special to me. Whittled a lot of twigs with mine back in the day. Glad of a few cooler days until the next heatwave strikes Monday! Hugs Bj#5

    Ha. Poppy vomits in the car every time - although she is only ever in the car going to the vet so who knows which it is? Enjoy your visit. he owl turned out great and surely a welcome gift.

    Your owls are all fabulous. Silver is with Bella and hates cars too. She cries until she's lifted out. The funnies had me laughing out loud, especially that last one. So true! Enjoy your visit this week. Elizabeth #15

    I love how each of your owls is a unique creation. I value being bilingual (English/Spanish), but totally agree that keeping your mouth shut is sometimes the best option. Happy WOYWW!

    I hope you’re having a marvellous time away, bet the birthday will be fun. The owl is fab, what a great gift for your friend. I think the Yoda quote is spot on…a skill I don’t think I’ve particularly mastered yet!!
