WOYWW 684: How to stop losing my crochet hook

Hi,
I’m scheduling this post as we plan to be away next Wednesday- seeing Jan and family- yay!
Tizzy progress has been slowed this week as I kept losing my crochet hook.
I’m now trying a new way of securing it, with one of those cords you get to hang reading glasses round your neck. Here’s hoping it will work!

The big tizzy square is growing though, triangle 3 is almost done.
I’ve also done my Wimbly/ suffragette hat

It was a year this week since Bella and Gracie adopted us so we called it their birthday and bought them catnip balls which they love.
Bella:

Gracie:

And finally…

Take care and enjoy your crafting!

Hugs
Lynne xx

  4. That is a very good idea to get a string on the crochet hook.:) Your cats looks so cute and you must be a good cat mom too I see. It is hard for cats to settle in new places. Have a great week.

  8. I'm late making my visits today...it's been a crazily busy day with sewing today and I still have work lined up for the morning.
Enjoy your time together with Jan. I chuckled at the misshaped plant because of the cat sitting on it...we have lots like that in our garden thanks to Milly dog.

  9. A year already, well well. They landed on their paws didn’t they, choosing you two, I wish all four of you many happy days ahead! Really love the pattern of the tizzy, that sort of vertical rib is very clever. Admiring the trial of creating the non-lovable hook too, that could be a winner! I know you’ll be having a fab time in that there Wales, please treat Jan and Gordon to extra hugs from me! Xx

  11. Love the finished hat. Very nice, and tizzy is too. My sweater will have to wait for the heat to go before I make any progress LOL!
    Happy WOYWW - late AGAIN!
