Back again for our weekly blog hop c/o Julia at The Stamping Ground.
I’ve run my stock of twiddles down as well so I have some 40 to do for my own cannula sleeves and have just received another request for twiddles from someone in my Handmade for Dementia Fb group so lots of crochet to do as well. 😊I’d better hurry up because my novel is being published in May, yay! My publisher said they start work on it in April, which has come round
Bella and Gracie send purrs to you all. so fast! Btw if you’d like to receive updates on my book being published, and possible giveaways, please email me on Lmcollis@icloud.com.
We went to London on Wednesday for another author’s book launch from the same publisher. OMG but London was busy! The launch party was fine, though. Here’s a photo of Brian (l) and me (r) with another Conrad press author.
And finally…
Take care and happy WOYWW

ReplyDeleteMissing my cat for sure. I totally want to know all about your book. Very exciting! And also more about the canula sleeves - how do they differ sizewise from twiddlemuffs? Been sorting, so now have access to all my yarn and might begin cranking them out again...
ReplyDeleteLOL to the funnies - Chat GPT has nothing on that cat at the keyboard lol!
Happy WOYWW, but sadly catless

The cannula sleeves are so bright and cheerful, I can see why they’re so popular! How marvellous that you’ve been asked to create more twiddles for others as well as your own use, your crochet hook will be giving off sparks. That’s a such a great pic of you and Brian at the author’s event, he still looks mischievous, lol!

ReplyDeleteWell done with the book you must be really pleased. Not been to London for years, it always seems so hot and muggy there, guess we're used to more open spaces and fewer buildings. Loving the pics of your kitties too. Have a lovely creative woyww, Angela x11x
