WOYWW 769 watercolour and crochet

Hi all, hasn’t February zoomed by? These Wednesdays come around ever quicker as well. Here’s my desk at art class. This week we’ll be moving onto foliage and the trunk.
My crochet cardigan is growing, with Bella’s help, of course. 😻 She sends purrs to you all.

This cardigan has a green base but I’d still avoid wearing it when B is wearing his blue slipover as they’re too similar.
And finally…

Will you join me in this challenge? 😉

Take care and happy WOYWW

  3. LOL! I WILL join that challenge and know I can do it. Sweet Bella is there for you, isn't she? I did have to do a double-take when I saw the cardi. It does look like the slipover!
    Happy WOYWW!

  7. Love the colours in your cardi. Why not wear yours along with hubby wearing his? Some people like to wear matching his and hers jumpers and things.
Oh Lynne, I am struggling with this crochet. But I am not giving up. I have lots of wavy wool from pulling back but it crochets up fine again. Just cut the two samples off because i could. I am now looking at some You Tubes to see if i can pick it up better with a person doing it than just reading the book. Maybe a combination of the two will get me going. Maybe I need a Bella to cosy up to me.
Your painting is great - you are obviously going to do a great picture in the end. I hope you are pleased with your progress.

  8. Hi Lynne. Thanks for caring. I always use a spacer with my inhaler and always brush my teeth and use a mouth wash. I've been using this inhaler for years and it's the first [and hopefully last ] time I've ever suffered oral thrush.
Your cardigan is gorgeous and your funnies had me chuckling.

  9. I will join you in that challenge 🤣🤣. Great crochet work. My particular type of stacked envelopes doesn’t use the envelopes as pockets, more like pages.

I love the cat art gallery, I think I have one of those in my house...Your cardigan is coming along brilliantly, perhaps it's the helper 😸...your watercolour is coming along well, I'm looking forward to seeing it finished!
