I’ve diverted from the Tizzy- coloured slipover to fingerless gloves this week. I thought I’d make some for my goddaughter to go with the scarf I made a couple of years ago.

Here’s the scarf. 
We had another Stitch and Bitch meeting last night. I dropped some larger sized needles and thicker wool off for one of the beginners last week, and was rewarded with a photo of well knitted rows. 😀
The weather has been horribly rainy so we’ve mainly stayed home and cuddled up with the cats. Of course, Bella and Gracie hate that but they put up with it for us.😻😼. They send purrs to you all.

Not good having a series of headaches, do you need to go to the optician? Surprising what they can pick up.
Yes, it has definitely been curling up with the cats kind of weather, having no animals these days I just curl up anyway.

So satisfying to pass on your knitting knowledge to a beginner! Love the casual cat, made me smile, and I totally get the book yoga - my kind of yoga for sure. Love the fingerless gloves, but I image it'll be back to tizzy soon....

Dear Lynne as I’m not up in northern hemisphere we aren’t struggling with cold, thought it’s been a very mild spring. Loved your funnies, and fingerless gloves are the best, a grand idea and will look beautiful with that scarf you’re very clever to think of that.

Love those gloves, especially the decoration. I live in mine during the winter months but they are just plain crochet ones. I used to wear them at work, they are the same colour as my skin so hardly anyone noticed!!!

From Julia: Oooh I’m sure the gloves will be warmly received (warmly, geddit? I slay myself!) love the grapes already, very clever. Stay in the warm and dry, the rain has caught me out twice and I’ve been drenched despite umbrella and max. Hateful!!
