WOYWW 681 A new Tizzy

Hi again-back for our Wednesday blog hop hosted by Julia at The Stamping Ground
I showed you last week a panel of 4 ply crochet I sometimes work on.
I tried a Tizzy triangle with it and I laughed aloud. I struggled so much with the yarn for the Tizzy blanket I’ve just finished, but this one is perfect for me, and I already had it!
I’m going to make a cardigan from Tizzy squares. It even works up quite quickly in the Tizzy pattern.
This is the pattern.
Bella and Gracie have to go to see the v.e.t. this week for their annual jabs. Hard to believe they’ve been with us for a year! Gracie in particular hates going in a cat basket and the car so I expect lots of protests.

And finally
This was the first piece of classical music I remember listening to. I loved it.

Take care and happy crafting!
Hugs

  3. That’s just typical eh? Love the blues and greens of the piece you’re working on and I still admire your patience at working in 4ply! It will make for a beautiful drapery cardigan though so well done you. Hope the visit to the V.E.T goes ok, can’t believe you’ve had the cats for a year! Tempus Fuggit as Nanny Ogg would say….

  8. Hi Lynne, we're back. It's been a lovely day but very hot but dogs were fine as they wore their cooler coats, I wish they made them for humans. Good luck with the kitties and look forward to seeing more of the new cardigan, it looks lovely. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x9x

  9. I remember my tussles to get my cat into the basket but once in she was fine. Not so when she came out at the other end - she was an aggressive little so and so. Funnily enough the lady vet on Angelsey could handle her fine and she may not have purred but she no longer hissed. Good luck with your babies.
Love your colour choice for your cardigan.
    Hugs, Neet 3 xx

  12. Good luck with the vet! Mine go in separate months so I only have to deal with one at a time. Fur Elise was the first piano music that I memorized! I don't know if I could play it now, but still my favourite. If you like altered classical music, check out Fur Elise played by 40 Fingers on Spotify - Fur Elise on guitars! Thanks for your visit, Lindart #18
