WOYWW 743

Hi all,
A quick post this week for our joint blog hop.
I’ve been extending my chevron strips for my blanket. All these are now 2m long but I need to make more strips for it to be wide enough for our bed.

Gracie and Bella are helping
Or are they trying it out for warmth?

And finally…

Trace care and happy WOYWW

  3. I missed the part that the chevron strips were to be a bedspread! I told you I think that I had a coat type cardi knitted in the same style and so I just assumed you were making clothing! my word that's going to take a lot of strips, it really will be fabulous. And hmm, I think Gracie and Bella are enjoying the warm and trying to put you off really....!

  8. I can't wait to see that chevron put together, I am not envisaging it very well but I do like the idea, and the colours - I like chevrons.
It's going to be a heirloom when it is finished and keep you warm. Maybe the kitties will need one of their own in winter???
Take care and thanks for visiting
    Hugs, Neet 7 xx

  9. I was on a roll this morning. I've done the wedding dress and bridesmaid's dress plus shortened another dress and now have time to blog before the next customer arrives.
Your blanket is coming on well and I love the two testers.

  12. It's a quick one from me too. We've just checked in at the hotel at Matlock but arrived early so went up to the Heights of Abraham and down one of the mines. We have a while before dinner so thought I'd catch up with some of the desks. Look forward to seeing the blanket finished. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x12x

  14. Good morning, Lynne!
Love the cat's snuggling in. I never could get the hang of the chevron. Always came out wonky. I do have one my sister made for me 50 years ago! She did an amazing job because I'm still using it, washing it, and still holding together as well as the day she gave it to me. Creative Blessings! Kelly #21
