I only met her at the 2024 crop, which she and Eva organised in Penkhull, just round the corner from where my husband and I used to live.
She was such a strong link to my home city, Stoke-on-Trent. I admired her dedication to drawing and painting, her love of languages and music.
We’ll miss her dedication to WOYWW, taking over the coordination of the blog from the crop of 2024.
My condolences to Eva and Sarah’s family.
I’m at art class in the morning but will be back by lunchtime.
Hugs

Lovely pics of the Stoke Crop Lynne, I know that your connection with Sarah about your home city was important. A shock for us but it must be devastating for her family.

Such a sad day for all who knew Sarah - I didn't know her well IRL but am glad I was at that crop to at least meet her once in person. She will be missed.

She certainly was a woman of many parts wasn’t she! No doubt she will be well and fondly remembered but first, everyone has to wade theough the shock. I do very much hope that her family will see our blogs at some point. It might help. Love to you and B, my photo model today!
A beautiful tribute. We will miss her so much in our WOYWW family.

Hi Lynne. I still keep thinking it's a mistake and Sarah is still here, she was just so full of life that it's difficult to believe she's gone. WOYWW hugs, Angela x12x
Lovely pictures Lynne. I didn't meet her personally but she inspired and enthused people with her many different crafts and challenges that she took part in. She'll be very sadly missed.
