WOYWW 755 Rusty crochet, Inktense and books

Hi all,
I’ve been working on my rusty slipover this week, with help from  Bella and Gracie..

They both send purrs to you all.

At art class I finished my sea cave painting in Inktense pencils:
I’m pleased with it.
Last weekend we stood market on both Saturday and Sunday, selling my novel, a Sense for Silver. We had good sales but it was tiring. If you’ve read it and liked it, could you put a review on Amazon please? Diana wrote a lovely one, thanks so much xx

At the craft market on Saturday we were opposite a stall that sells painted leather hats. I fell for this one but it was too small.(Just as well as it would have cost all our profits!) I’ll mention it for a character in my next book!

And finally…

Take care and happy WOYWW
Hugs

  2. Laughed out loud at the Alexa funny and pointed it out to Gordon!! That leather hat was gorgeous, I can see why you fell for it and can really see you wearing one (do they do a pointy version??!). The rusty crochet is looking really lovely, I do like your combo of colours very much xx

  3. Ooh, I love that hat, not that I would wear it, I just don't look right in a hat but i can well imagine you in that one. What a shame - can you not have a go at decorating a cheap felt one yourself.
Slipover is growing, do you take it to the shows with you?

  7. Sea Cave Painting is gorgeous - as is that hat!! I would have probably lusted after it as well but I have an enormous head so nothing ever fits - just as well, look ridiculous in hats!! I think my neck is too short to ever look elegant. Happy WOYWW, love n hugs Cindyxx #12

  9. Wow. Your crochet is really coming along - where do you find the time? Can you crochet at the sales table? :D
That hat is a stunner - lucky it was too small, as you said. Hope you are hard at work on book two...
Nothing more tragic than dodgy internet on WOYWW day!

  13. The sea cave painting is fabulous and ooh, that hat! I am fond of hats (but wearing them is another thing... I have a few but since nobody wears hats I am a bit shy to wear one of them... ) Thanks for stopping by my blog the other way, have a great day/weekend! Love from Holland, Marit #10
